Antonio Bokel

Antonio Bokel  (b.1978 in Rio de Janeiro) based in Rio de Janeiro.

A former student of Bandeira de Mello, João Magalhães and Luiz Ernesto at ‘ Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage’ in Rio de Janeiro, Bokel graduated in Graphic Design in 2014. His artwork has been the subject of solo  and group exhibitions at the Espaço Cultural dos Correios, Niterói, Brazil (2021);Rama Residency Program, Portugal (2021); Align . Cidadela Art District, Cascais - Portugal (2015); Novas Aquisições, Museum MAM, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (2014); MONOCHROME, Site:Brooklyn Gallery, New York; among others. Bokel’s œuvres are part of important Brazilian collection as Gilberto Chateubriand, a BGA Investments and   Museum of Modern Art of Rio de Janeiro (MAM).
